Sales and Training Manager
CD Peacock is seeking a Sales and Training Manager to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our sales team. This role is responsible for designing and leading training programs, coaching sales representatives, and ensuring they have the tools needed to excel in their roles. The Sales Training Manager will work closely with management to implement strategies that drive success and uphold our company’s standards of professionalism and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Training Programs: Create and implement effective training initiatives tailored to the needs of our sales team.
- Create and implement training designed to support the Rolex Experience standards for instore interactions and proscribed follow-up.
- Teach Sales Techniques: Educate sales representatives on negotiation tactics, product knowledge, and closing strategies.
- Participate in management floor coverage to support key selling days, and to interact and coach the sales team in real time.
- Provide Resources: Equip the sales team with tools, materials, and resources to enhance performance.
- Coach and Mentor: Offer individualized coaching and mentorship to strengthen sales skills and career growth.
- Evaluate Performance: Assess sales representative skills, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Prepare new hires by conducting orientation sessions, scheduling mentorship programs, and overseeing initial sales training.
- Training & Development: Lead regular training exercises and workshops for both new and existing sales employees.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management team to ensure consistency in training approaches.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry’s best practices through continued education and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in building and developing high-performing sales teams.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, coaching, or a similar role.
- Experience in the luxury retail sector is preferred.
- Sales training certifications are a plus.
